Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You will receive a notification email 7 days before renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team in Kenya. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

For standard licenses, you may only use purchased items for a single project. If you need to share access with multiple users or across an intranet, you'll need to purchase an extended license. We offer special corporate packages for Kenyan businesses with multiple users. Please contact our sales team for more information about enterprise licensing options.
